Founded in 2022, Vitality Ventures LLC partners with investors in the development and success of value-add, multi-family and Active Adult (55 + communities) commercial real estate opportunities, for both existing and ground-up projects.

Our target deals (“sweet spot”) are $2-40M multi-family and Active Adult housing complexes in opportunistic metro markets, offering strong financial upsides for investors while limiting risk from market downturns.

With respect to multi-family opportunities, we target properties which are under-managed, under-rented, under-renovated and show strong prospects for enhanced efficiencies and capital appreciation.  We also seek niche real estate investments, such as in Active Adult, as these tend to provide more favorable investor returns due to present enhanced supply/demand metrics.
